Shipping Costs

Free Shipping: We offer free fast-tracked 48-hour shipping on all orders within the UK.

Shipping Times

Processing Time: Orders placed before 12 PM (Monday to Friday) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time: Once dispatched, your order will arrive within 48 hours via Royal Mail.

Tracking Your Order

All orders are sent via a tracked service, ensuring your peace of mind. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS notification with an estimated date and timeframe of delivery.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to all addresses within the UK, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses.

Issues with Your Delivery

If your order does not arrive within the specified timeframe or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team at support@sleepasloth.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work swiftly to resolve any issues.
